Guest Housing Reservation Form

Housing is available in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln residence halls for approved visitors and university guests only.

This form is to be used by anyone requesting Guest Housing. Academic Year Guest Housing will be provided in Selleck Hall from August 10, 2023 through May 30, 2024. Summer Guest Housing will be provided in suite-style units in University Suites from June 1, 2024 through August 1, 2024. Students arriving early may be accommodated through the night of August 17th.

Individuals must not be enrolled in University of Nebraska–Lincoln summer classes. Space is limited and priority is given to those requesting space earliest. Completion of this form does not guarantee space. A member of the Conference Services team will contact you regarding availability. University Housing reserves the right to remove guests for suspicious, illegal, harmful or threatening acts committed on or off campus.

We can provide visitor surface parking permits to guests staying in University Suites, but cannot provide them to guests who are faculty, staff, or students at UNL. If you are faculty, staff, or a student, please contact Parking Services directly to arrange for a permit.

Guest Arrival and Departure Information

Please indicate arrival and departure dates below. This information is required for coordination of housing occupancy and accurate record maintenance. The guest understands that the dates stated represent the minimum stay and no adjustments will be made unless the period of time the unit is occupied is extended with the University Housing Conference Services and Events office.

Check-in time must be no earlier than 2:00 p.m and before 8:00 p.m.. Check-out time must be no later than 10:00 a.m.

Please indicate your preference of a double or single room. Double rooms feature two beds, and requesting a double may result in you being placed with a roommate. Single occupancy bedrooms are available at a higher rate. All University Suites rooms are part of a larger apartment unit, with a shared living area, bathroom, and kitchen. All Selleck rooms will have a communal bathroom on the residence hall floor.

Dining Information

Guests can purchase a meal plan that covers all meals for the duration of their stay. The meal plan includes discounted rates for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All charges will be billed to the guest reservation. Individual meals cannot be added to the reservation, but may be purchased with cash or check at the front desk of the dining center at the normal dining center rate.
