Academic Year Guest Housing is hosted in Selleck Hall at the core of UNL’s City Campus and is available from August 1-May 30. Our basic, residence-hall style accommodations offer a comfortable bed, clean linens, Wi-Fi access, and a workspace. Guests also have access to communal areas like a cafeteria, lounge, and laundry facilities. We are able to offer these amenities in a central campus area for $40/room per night, with a 20% long-term discount available (21-day stay or longer).
While Selleck Dining has been recently renovated, Selleck guest rooms still maintain their “dorm room” charm. As is the case with many traditional residence halls, restroom and shower facilities are shared on each floor. The convenience of being in the middle of campus allows our guests to be close to research facilities, libraries, and other academic resources. Selleck offers a full-service desk from 8am-8pm, providing amenities and peace of mind during a guest’s stay. Furthermore, our flexible check-in/check-out times and responsive customer service can make the guests' experience convenient, pleasant, and hassle-free.
