Our campus offers a wide variety of meeting spaces to accommodate conferences, meetings, and events, including classrooms, auditoriums, residence hall multipurpose spaces, formal meeting venues, recreation facilities, and unique indoor and outdoor spaces. Meeting space is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for every event or requested date. Some campus spaces have limited availability due to academic classes, university events, athletic schedules, and other campus activities. Our Conference Services team will work with you to identify the best available options based on your event needs, dates, and group size.

Many meeting spaces include built-in technology, with additional technology and webcasting services available to support in-person and virtual attendees. Complimentary campus-wide Wi-Fi is also available to event attendees.
