All unused meals purchased as add-on feature are non-refundable
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the first day of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit. If a refund is issued, a small portion of the reservation fee may be reserved to cover transaction fees.
Conference Services maintains the right to cancel your reservation in order to comply with any COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Lancaster County Health Department or University of Nebraska. If Guest tests or is suspected postitive for COVID-19, they must contact notify Conference Services, 402 472-3355, immediately and cancel their reservation. Cancellations made prior to your arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made during your stay will receive a refund for all future services.
