- October 18, 2021: Request for Services for the summer of 2022 opens
- October 31, 2021: Priority Deadline for Request for Services process
- January 14, 2022: Contracts sent to all clients that submitted preferred dates by priority deadline
- February 28, 2022: Return date for all issued contracts
- Mid-March 2022: Conference Services town hall to discuss COVID-19 policies and expectations
- Late March 2022: Clients receive communication from Conference Services to schedule a meeting in April with their Conference Services liaison to review all services prior to the summer
- First half of April 2022: Conference Services conducts client meetings
- May 22, 2022: First day of residence hall availability
- May 23, 2022: First day of dining hall availability starting with breakfast
- August 10, 2022: Last night of residence hall availability
- August 11, 2022: Last day of dining hall availability ending with lunch
